Kaytee's journey is a testament to the profound impact of self-awareness on everyday life. Starting her career as a hairdresser and becoming a mother at a young age, she soon began questioning conventional norms and practices that didn't align with her inner truth. This initial questioning sparked a deep spiritual awakening, prompting her to explore alternative therapies such as massage, bars, and Reiki.
Over a decade of intense personal growth, Kaytee immersed herself in various modalities—from naturopathy and wellness practices to energy work and alternative medicines. Her exploration extended to cultural and spiritual traditions like Celtic, Gaelic, Scottish, Japanese philosophies, and island living. Through these diverse paths, Kaytee continuously peeled back layers of herself, seeking external guidance and insights that ultimately led her back to her own inner wisdom.
Central to Kaytee's journey is the realisation that true understanding and fulfilment come from within. By embracing self-awareness, she learned to recognise and honour her authentic self, making decisions and living her life in alignment with her core values and beliefs.
